In terms of legal ownership, the city is owned by Integer Limited. A company that’s largely owned by the family. Strategically, the city development is focused initially on developing infrastructure such as electricity connection, roads Network linkages, water supply connections.

The second phase involved finding investors who would then lease the zoned spaces for development of residential units, commercial spaces which are then to be sold out to potential city dwellers and investors.
